And although KMart is doing the buying, the company will be renamed "Sears Holdings." Guess the dual forces of Rainman and Martha Stewart were too much for them to bare.

I used to own some K-Mart stock. Back when they went bankrupt, that stock got wiped out :( I say "Bah!"

I hope they forget my sears card bill in the process of re-organizing.

I think they're big enough to require a shopping cart to go to hell in, rather than just a handbasket!

Actually, the thing both those stores have going for them is they own some very, very expensive real estate. Lots and lots of it.
