I forgot to wander over here. I posted on my local server that I was walking away from Everquest.
Well, I've done it. I haven't actually played Everquest since World of Warcraft was released, and see no reason to continue giving Sony Online Entertainment money for their product.
They do not care about me as a customer, they do the bare minimum right off of "office space" to not get fired. Blizzard has handled their game professionally and been very informative of events. Something Sony can't get a handle on.
Hence, I cancelled 4 Everquest accounts I maintained in December.
My account goes to the grave with me or whenever Sony decides it doesn't exist anymore. Their final fix for the Secondary Specialization and the GM's response of how deleting my 150 Specialization points from Alteration that I'd had since Velious was to improve my game play sealed it for me.
SOE, and all their employee's can shove EQ into whatever orifice their head is in, that didn't, and still continues to disregard their players satisfaction.
