I'm lost here.
I've been looking at this on lucy. Can someone explain to me where it shows this is a random duration? I see 3 mintue duration. What am I missing?

Hmm well there were a few posts around here somewhere about it, but I cant find them now. Guys in beta/test were saying it was random up to 3 mins, and the durationformula is different from snare and ensnare (if that means anything...) So, dunno! Perhaps it's not.

Lucy just displays the maximum duration, whether random or not. Many have said these two spells are random duration in beta.

I haven't seen any random wearing off of Serpent's Vines. I absolutely love this spell. I haven't had a single resisted snare since I got it.

Belive the random duration was changed to fixed duration. Its lasting the full 3 mins for me.

I just hate going from a 1.8 sec cast to 2.2 sec, but its been essential for pulling in the nest. Ensnare was never landing till after tash or malo.

I used Mire Thorns in Beta and it was random duration - noticably. I have used it quite a bit live and never noticed it wear off early. I didn't test it, but I would guess they changed that.
