So I went out and bought DoN the other day, came home, started up EQ, and went to register it. I clicked on the "EQ Account" button on the main screen, which popped up and IE window that had a "Register Expansion" button. So I clicked it, punched in the number, and everything looked fine. Except that I have two EQ accounts, and the info that popped up after I entered the key said DoN had now been registered to the wrong account. Seems that even though I had last logged into my main account through the EQ program, my secondary account was the last one logged in through IE. (would have been nice if the IE window that EQ popped up had said that at the top :mad: ) So does anyone know who to contact to get this straightened out? I tried e-mailing accounts@soe.sony.com and filling out the online form for account problems, but they both go to the same place and all I get back is e-mail auto-replies that say the address in no longer valid. Anyone know where I can go to get this figured out?
