Interesting story.

Woman asks man to help assist in inducing miscarriage.

Man goes to jail for life.

Woman gets no punishment.

A stupid law, in the first place, but if they are going to have it...it should be applied equally. This poor kid will spend the rest of his life in prison for an act with no malicious intent behind it.

The fair thing would have been to charge him with practicing medicine without a license. :)

If any charge, it should be to the doctor or refused them, and the politician's taking away their freedom. Dont quote me on this, but I thought I read in one of the first reports that the woman had found the baby to have dow's syndrome and the doctor refused to give her an abortion because of her age etc.
