Interesting.

Spielburg good.

Live action robots bad, unless by live action they mean there will be people and the Transformers will be digital, that could work.

Such abominations should never have been unleashed upon the world.

I've herd about it, but hadn't seen any release dates. July 4th, '07. Should be interesting. I hope it's good! I know the test bug Video is doing really well, but it was only a single bug and a lot of work put into it.

Now, they need to come out with a Go-bots movie! Out of the two, Go-bots were my favorite.

Go-Bots were like the Hondas of the mech-transformers series; plain but reliable :P

I personally liked Voltron the best (the lions, not the cars).

Voltron wasn't a "living" robots though. It was 5 kids running cats that turned into a giant robot that's controlled by them. But don't get me wrong though, Voltron was awesome. Transformers and Go-Bots were "living" robots, not controlled by a person.

I liked the story and animation behind Go-Bots. That Anime twist gave it all the most realistic feel vs Transformers which is just a pour American's attempt to create anime.

Funny you should say that =-p There is a Japanese Transformers Universe as well. Originally they were the same continuity, but they ended up branching off.

More transformer information than you wanted to know (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformers_Universes).
