I think that is the name of the potion that work kind of like KEI. I have not been able to find this Potion Vender. Does anyone know the name of this Vendor and where they are located?

In PoK use CTRL + F and look for advanced potion vendor or something like that....

there is a set of stairs on either side of the fish pond that leads to some vendors. In the same room as the Alchemy vendors, there is a potion vendor. That is where you but the potions....

Perhaps a better question though is what is the strength in terms of mana per tick of each potion Clarity x?

Clarity X is 14 mana per tick

These are great when you can't find a clarity. I always carry some. I carry the Healing X ones too. An insta heal in an emergency can really be helpful.

There are two potion vendors in the room with the alchemy vendors. You may have just been looking on the wrong one.

I heard that all other potions can be vendor sold, but not the clarity. I was able to buy some at bazaar. Due to that clarity IX potions were at 10pp per while clarity X at 25-30pp, I bought a lot of IX's.

Clarity potions are good if you have to pay for KEI. You can take a nap after one potion expires, which is also good to your health :).

actually, I was hoping for a chart telling each version of clarity potion and how much mana per tic it gave, and how long they last...

Elixir of Clarity I through X: regen mana 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 14; level of effect 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 55, 60, 65

All the clarity potions, including clarity X, are vendor sold. Clarity X from a vender is ~38pp. Duration is nominally 30 minutes, extendable to 45 minutes with AA. Duration focus items do not affect it (not mine, anyway).

You might want to check the bazaar too. I have a friend that makes the potions or was making them to skill up, I believe he was trying to sell them in the bazaar for under 20pp each just because he had so many. Otherwise they are somewhere in PoK.

You can't make these potions... they are only vendor sold.

The Elixir of Clarity (+ the other new ones) can be made and sell for about 20pp each on AB.

Actually they are Alchemy made AND vendor sold. Which is why people can find them for cheaper in the Bazaar than in PoK sometimes. EQTraders doesn't appear to have them updated in their database yet.
