A high-seas drama was playing out in the Arctic waters of the Barents on Monday, after a Russian trawler resisted a Norwegian Coast Guard arrest order and fled with two Norwegian inspectors on board. The captain of a Norwegian Coast Guard ship was considering firing on the trawler.

The only problem with Norway is... they need more sunshine. If they had sunshine it'd be perfect.
Oh holy crap... they're 8th on the happiness index and the US is 13th. What're they complaining about?

Yes!! Go go global warming, if it gets a little windy in the southern US, that's really not my problem as long as I can work on my tan in december *nods* :P
