This is a work in progress. I'm only at Affliction Mastery 1 so the next 2 are but guesses. I'm still adding more parse data but so far this seems to be the most accurate. I've searched far and wide for a table such as this. If anyone knows of one please point me to it. If any of my data needs to be "adjusted" please let me know :)

my parses with affliction mastery 3 would indicate a number closer to 21%. others have said their parses show different results but that's where it stands for me. I couldn't tell you what the previous levels percentage was.

Your mission the DoN "power" aa, cas

was a bit ago so can't quiet remember all the sources but I believe what I read said the dod aa is 2 ea. so it goes 15 18 20 22 24. Then the don power aa is another 3% for 27% with everything.
