It's a good idea. It gives another option for people to keep themselves in shape and hopefully even have an enjoyable time at it. Options are good. And using something that they're probably already familiar with and enjoy, is just a bonus, as it leads to far easier acceptance from the student body.

Yep! If it works, it's a great thing! In a way it "tricks" the kids into some physical activity, but certainly it's better than beating them over the head with a stick to get them to work out. :) What makes it even better is that it's a "game" that they can get for themselves at home, too.
