Some questions, from someone who hasn't played EQ in a couple years, and only picks up bits an' pieces.

Did they ever add anymore rings or port spells after PoP? I think the last new one I remember was Stonebrunt for Loy? (Does anyone even go there anymore?) From a lore standpoint, I always liked the porting aspect of the class, even after it was made moot by expansions.

Do people still do LDON's now that Monster Missions are out? How bad was the recent nerf to those Missions?

After the iCH, did they ever give Druids a rez of any kind?

What happened to "stances" they were talking about?

Do people still pickup group for XP in non-missions? Last time I asked about EQ, there was very little tradtional grouping, like Dreadlands, or Plane of Disease castle, etc, it seems like its all about missions of some sort or another.

Thanks for any thoughts or insights!

Rare

Call of the Wild (Call to Corpse) 9 AA, Level 70 - 10 minute reuse.

No word.

Missons are common.

People still exp in Static zones however, MPG, NC, RS, WoS, some of the newer areas as well.

PORTS:
Gates of Discord: Natambi, Barindu
Omens of War: Bloodfields, Slaughter
Dragons of Norrath: None (its next to Lavastorm which we already have a port for)
Depths of Darkhollow: Undershore
Prophecy of Ro: Arcstone

REZ:
Call of the Wild (Call to Corpse) 9 AA, Level 70 - 10 minute reuse.
This is not an experience returning rez. This simply summons the player to their corpse from any zone and still allows for an exp rez by a cleric or paladin. Useful if the rezzer in your group dies.

OUTDOOR PICK UP GROUPS vs. MISSIONS:
The new kind of missions, Monster Missions, have been very popular lately (instanced zones, but you play a monster instead of your main char, with all loot and exp transferring back to your main when finished.) However, Monster Mission exp has been scaled back so you may see more grouping in traditional static zones (a la Dreadlands). Fenier's list without abbreviations:

Omens of War: Muramite Proving Grounds, Noble's Causeway, Riftseeker's Sanctum and Wall of Slaughter.

LAST NOTES:
Monster Missions are a great way to catch up in exp and loot for a retired character. There is no death penalty in a mission and its easy to farm the rewards to gear your character back up so you can tackle more recent content. Check out a list of Monster Missions with loot by catagory here (http://eq.forums.thedruidsgrove.org/showthread.php?t=12277).
