I heard a rumor that Lion's Strength helps with spell damage (DD). Can anyone tell me if this is true or not? Thanks :)

As a quick data point, I keep Lion's Strength up on Bigith all the time, and his weapon procs are for the base damage (150, 300 when Ingenuity kicks in :)

So I don't see any boost to spell damage from Lion's Strength in that situation.
