OK....I am looking for a place in the game to relax while I do my tradeskills. (The Tradeskills with portable containers that is). I will stay bound at this Cool place and port to POK for supplies.
So in your opinions, what location (safe for a level 60) is the Prettiest, Most Relaxing, Coolest location in the entire game? (ie-Sister Island at the beach?)

The base of the waterfall in Plane of Growth or on the ramp near top top of the great tree at "moms house". You can hear the wind howl.

On top of the giant dragon skull bridge between IC and GD.

I always liked the top of the biggest spire in Mons Letalis, after I killed the Spire Lord. It's a necro date spot. =p

I used to nestle away in Rivervale at the waters edge on that little dock every now and then for some peace and quiet. It was pretty nice.

Also, that enclosed little grass meadow in paineel in front of the warrens entrance. Expecially when it rains, very relaxing place.

If you just want some solitude, peace, and quiet, you can always chill in the firepot room underwater in timorous deep.

Also, nice mellow scene up in Nedaria's Landing. Caves, waterfalls, docks, the whole nine yards.

I'll second Nedaria's Landing. My fav spot for quiet time is up above of the waterfall. The sunset is spectacular from there, too. The little river down below is also a great place for swimming skillups.

Even though I worship Karana. I have always loved going to see my step mom , Tunare, in the Plane of Growth. Very relaxing place and I believe it is purty.

Aye... My favorite place is probably PoGrowth... I also like PoStorms... :)

My favorite relaxing place has always been Nedaria's Landing. As said before the waterfalls are a gorgeous area to just sit and relax. And had my ingame wedding there at sunset.

Mine is in Dreadlands, near the port-in spot. Just climb up the cliff to the north, and you look out over the beautiful fall foliage.

If you have the faction I must say I find SANCTUS SERU stunning.

I have always liked the Plane of Mischief. It was a pretty cool place to hang out back in the day.

I would have to say SFG or PoGrowth. The good part about SFG is some stuff u might need can be right there and the lake is peaceful provided the Piranas arent on the land. Another kewl place is the Waterfall at Thurgadin.

I've always loved PoGrowth, but there are a lot of spots in Iceclad that are nice too. One of my favorites is climbing up the tower of frozen shadow. You have an awesome view and the sunsets/rises in Icelad are my favorite in the game.

I think I love Allizaur's (Dino's) Island in OOT. I fish and relax with an Island and entire Ocean and zone all to myself. Every so often i kill Allizaur for Nostalgic reasons and that rare Blue Diamond.

Another cool place is by the two iksar statues in Warsliks Woods. The ones that pretend to be something out of LoTR (The Argonath).

I have always enjoyed Cobalt scar. kite a few wyverns while enjoying the beach and the music.

I like the secret beach where we faught Faydedar for our finmal 1.0 battle. I love the way that hut hits over the traquil lake, surrounded on all sides by tall tree-laden cliffs. I feel like Leonardo DiCaprio when I'm there.

I recommend plane of torment, music is just trippy and fun. Also, Bastion of Thunder when you go to the before you go into the tower with all the storm riders and gargs around you is fun music, fairly safe to. Some like the Halls of Honor graveyard/final fantasy music... I swear it sounds like it. The aviak village in south karana is neat

Iceclad Ocean, Sunrise and sunset (best spot near the gnoll camp, around where Lodi spawns) - with the new water effects, and sky on, very nice :)

I always liked the fay/clr epic island beech, or the hidden area in povalor is actually kinda nice though ooc there can be stupid.

I ended up doing most tradeskills in Rivervale though, lot of nice spots and it's quiet until nillipuss spawns and breaks the silence. If you're leaving trash at your feet he'll pick it up for you if you don't mind the spam

;) I have many 'favorite' places, but there's a little spot not many know of (at least, it hasn't been mentioned here). A friend showed it to me long ago and swore me to secrecy! I think there's a 5-year rule on that kind of secret, though, and they've long since retired, so here it is. It's not particularly beautiful, but its neat in that it's so hidden and kind of a bug.

Head to East Karana, and follow the river past our epic npc's all the way down to the little fishing village by the falls. Head out into the water and swim down....you'll 'fall' out of the water and find a nice little spot under the river. It's pretty funny, because if you're in the right spot and jump, you'll jump up into the water.

One of my favorite places was the Zone in of Growth.

If I had to pick somewhere special, it would be near the Top of Skyshrine where I took my girlfriend after making her faction for 2 weeks and heard her gasp at how pretty it was =p

Twilight Sea.. sitting on the fishing dock looking at Gnome Castle, some really nice looking places in that zone =)

Hollowshade Moor is my favorite.

I saw the nicest scene in Nedaria the other night with the moon shining over the water. Was really breathtaking.

I've always liked Surefall Glade, by the pool. I just wish I could convince that nervous guy that I really will leave the bears alone . . .

Yeraie - I made a good 20 minute attempt to find this spot. I will pay you 200 copper to show me. I got it on me even - I travel large.

Head down and to the south from the dock with the Barbarian 'a fisherwoman' (/loc neg 3925, neg 2284). As you near the zone wall (middle of the river), you will find yourself in the pocket

It's a long pocket which extends well past Althele, but narrow, right along the zone wall. But you must be almost on the bottom of the river to enter the pocket.

I used to med in the pocket after soloing Hill Giants.

I really like Ferubi....all of GoD is pretty nice IMO(although the farther into god you get the more busted up things seem to look)....but i'm a sucker for temple type stuff....Barindu is a close second...at least the temple in middle...reminds me of the stories of babylon's gardens(for obvious reaons).

I like the view from Luclin, neat to be able to see Norrath in the sky.

Oh, and I also like the little fishing huts in the southern end of the Lake of Ill Omens. I have my bind point inside one of those because its such a great view looking out over the water, with your little canoe sitting docked right there along the beach. Closest feeling to owning a little piece of tropical real estate in game.
