Did they ever drop the AH proc percent to max at 9% so GoM would still proc first if both AA's were maxed?

I only asked because it came up again in my guild. I looked at the last thread here about this and it was said that the proc % change would go in next big patch. Well we have had several 'big' patched since.

I'll give them a week to answer before I start complaining.

Let's see if they ignore me like they have before or if they actually answer.

That change was done in the patch right after I mentioned I was going to change it, so has been that way for a while now.

I bought it, GoM still going off like crazy for me. I notice no change at all in the frequency.

I have a question...

From what I have searched I see that an AH proc is a 250/tick for 30 seconds..

Is that the max with AH5? Does Extended Duration Foci effect this? Does it stack with additional HoT type spells?

Yes that is at max level.
