AT&T is going to in-source an off-shore call center and make it on-shore....

AT&T has annoyed me in past as a customer, but it's good to see something like this happening.

Yeah, AT&T is one company I've hated for a long, long time. Good to see they're doing something like this though, it lowers my hatred for them by a few points.
