What good are imbued plains pebbles? No one seems to know. I have imbued these pebbles and they dont seem to have an effect. Can anyone tell me what they are good for? None of the vendors want them either.

They are used in tradeskills. Try selling them in the bazaar to other players.

They're used in this quest (http://eqtraders.com/quests/potc_intro.htm) as an example.

They are used in cultural armor mainly.

It also used to be an old rumor, that if you put it in a slot directly over your food, that you would consume less food.

Don't remember if it had to be an inventory slot, or could be in a bag though.

My first character carried one of these from the time a nice druid gave it to her until really recently. I finally stuck it in the bank but can't part with it. Every time I see it I remember being a naive newbie that really believed that if I carried a pebble with me I would use less drink (was told to me as drink not food).

The days of not having a clue but running around exploring and having fun are long past but that pebble brings it all back. :)

It's naive to believe that a pebble could have magical or special qualities that let you use less food and drink? Are we talking about the same game?
