Right now I have a Raid 0 setup in my computer. I have totally new motherboard, processor, ram, and video card on the way. When setting this up is it going to be a simple unplug and plug back in then change a few billion little settings or am I going to have to start from scratch?

Im going from a Intel 875p to a Nforce 650i chipset if that matters.

Thanks for your help in advance.

If you're using the native RAID controllers (i.e., Intel ICH6/7/8R -> Nvidia), it probably won't work. I've only had success moving RAID 0 arrays intact from the same chipset vendor. If you're using a third party controller added on the motherboards, and it's from the same manufacturer on the new board, it might work.

In any case, prepare to backup and reformat, unless you have multiple boxes to juggle the hardware around. It's a pain in the ass to take apart the old system and put together the new one, just to realize your data is now stuck on an unreadable RAID array.

A raid setup is alway a pain to move to a new PC. It will be a lot easier to copy the data before moving the disk, then reformat it when you installe it in the new PC.

The effects of the raid (0-5) are pretty must the same, but the way to get to it isn't do standardized between the hardward constructors.

So yea, exactly what tudamorf said, raid setup was not compatible with my new motherboard at all I ended up having to reformat and reinstall everything again =(.
