Many melee been screaming for a fix, and it is true on raids casters can get every type of mana buff, while melee are more limited. One way to fix this is to increase meleee haste to 140 percent and give druids a grp 35 percent haste that stacks with all other haste. What do you think does this make sense.

Stackable haste is the specialty of bards. I'd rather see a group ATK buff that melees would use on a fairly regular basis. Feral Pack without an illusion component, and 85-115 ATK would be nice.

I don't think Druids need a group haste. We've never had it so why would we want it now?

I'd also like to see a group wolf form with some decent attack. Whether the illusion is there or not I don't mind, I would like to see them look at the movement whilst in wolf, all that jumping around when attacking is irritating.

A unique melee buff at the moment would add to the damage bonus of weapons.

However, it would be nice to get something that scales as well as slow/speed. Rather than regen/thorns which would be great if they scaled ... dont get me wrong every bit helps and they have made Druids amoung the best PL'ers in the game ;)

But look at a slow (and it has upgrades) take about scaling...it lowers the DPS of a mob by a fixed percentage - for example 70%!!!!!!

That 30hp regen and 30hp DS is really gonna keep up with that. Ha.

Hasting is not our province.

I don't think melee want to be fixed by giving casters a spell to do it.

That would be a brilliant solution to the warrior's aggro issues as well, adding significantly more hate everytime the mob hits the MA.

My two coppers - I agree, no haste for druids. However, I like the idea of thinking about improving our group ATK buffs - especially making it/one without an illusion and/or castable anywhere.

And percentage DS is like a wet dream...=) that - would - be -so - freakin' - cool.

I see the merit for scalable DS...work off fixed ratio, X% ds to the damage a mob hit for each hit. Cool and extremely useful on raids and with PoP hard hittin mack trucks.

Definately an illusionless/SoW less group atk buff would be nice, but shaman's probably spear the halflings and roast them over open fires. Something that doesn't block avatar would be cool.

No on haste. Yes please on an ATK buff worth a damn, illusion or not id love to have an ATK buff that was worthwhile. Hell I'd like an upgrade to firefist for myself or something :mad: .

It was recently tested with hate associated to it and I believe prematurely or errantly went live for a short period. The reason personally did not like it was that I enjoy PLing alts and thorning is a very effective and efficient means of doing that. I am sure that if a new type of DS was introduced that it could be tagged to generate hate without affecting our current line of DS. It would be a different effect afterall.

I really like this idea. Plus, it would tie in well with the Ranger/Druid mutation, based on the idea that Rangers get some Druid abilities etc.etc.

Percentage DS is indeed a wet dream, I need to go kill a kitten now <img src="http://hometown.aol.co.uk/DaocArmors/emoticons/wow.gif" style="border:0;"/>.

A %DS would be almost useless as a PLing tool compared to fixed DSes and how they can do that now. It would make Druids a mad-insane (although non-stackable) DPS class though...

Melee want a fix, the trouble is how do you fix melee for raids and not have them become overpowered compared to casters in experience grps. Casters dps on raids is very good because they can get 4 good mana buffs from 4 different classes, while for experience grps your average caster does not get a chance to use all 4 mana buffs.

I want the same thing for melee, so increasing haste to 140 percent and give one none melee class that does not already have a haste buffs a grp 35% precent haste. This way it makes things more equal inside and outside a raid situation for casters and melee.

I know druids would not want another buff, but there are not many classes you can pick from to give this type of buff too.

Ok I am sorry to whoever brought up this topic but your point is totally messed up. I can't undertstand what you were trying to say there about caster/melee balance. It sounds totally like crap to me. ( I am sorry ) No, druids don't need haste. There is totally no reason for us to have group haste. I also doubt if you ever played a druid or acutally know druids well.

Again I am sorry, not trying to start a rant or whatever. just stating my point.

BTW do buff hastes even stack ??
