I dont know if this is a bug, a fix.. but..

Manaregen seems to be increased. I dont know if its because they fixed unknown stacking issues with Flowing Thought, AA's, and Spell mana Regen or they just pumped it up. My Mana today was going up much quicker then normal. They could also have broken how long each tick is.

Also, I Have noticed HP regen and the rate our dots drop off to be changed aswell.. This could be a change in the ticks. If anyone can confirm this.

In other news, SoW seems to be 50% slower, Snare seems to break twice as fast, losing faction seems to be faster than gaining faction, and Hill Giants don't seem to drop as much plat as before.
