You can generate your own custom timers (up to 8 timers), each with a custom name/duration.
With the new slider version, you don't need to reset the timer - instead, just move the slider to the position of the bar. For example, for timing SoW, create a 36-minute timer. When you cast SoW, move the slider to the bar. It will take exactly 36 minutes for the bar to reach the slider again (it starts over when it gets to the end), so as it approaches the slider, you'll know when to refresh the buff.
