Fyyr I think your confusing charm spells with Charm Items.

Seen one for Ak'anon and BB (Kaladim) but didn't realise there was suppose to be one for each city. Haven't had too much time to look into it.

I've combed over RV and Misty, but haven't found any new NPCs or new quests being given out. :mad:
