I recently got flagged for these two zones, gratz me =)

I know in the past there has been some info posted about soloing in these places. For some reason this site is moving very slow for me yesterday and today and I have been unsucessful at finding this info. Can someone please repost some info about soloing here or at least post links to the old threads for me please. Thank you.
