Yes, it's possible, yes it's hard.
Target: those lizards at the zone-in.
Keep in mind they're IMMUNE to fire, it would be a bit easier if our Ro's atk debuffs would land (I got 10 resists on Ro's Fiery Sundering, no Hand of Ro since I died and hadn't re-dinged yet).

Strategy:
Ghetto split the lizards with snare and and the zone line, root it when you have it solo (it won't summon yet), then cast NR on yourself.
Start by dotting IN THIS ORDER, Epic, bracer, WD.
A few seconds after WD lands, the fun starts!
Basically, keep it rooted, back off after summon, cast another spell, get summoned.
Keep the lizard under WD if you can, keep yourself under NR.
You should be able to land Chloroblast (sometimes even twice), WD or Moonfire fairly easily without summon interrupting, if you're careful you can refresh epic and bracer, I keep TR up, but it's VERY hard to land between summons.
There were some close points when I got unlucky on landing root after a moonfire broke it. Lowest I got was about 400 hp.
Ended fights around 30% of both hp and mana (starting from 100% hp, 95+% mana)
I did this 3 times just to prove to myself it wasn't a fluke :D
Loot:
Some stone idol thingy (no stats, unequippable, stackable) sold to vendor for 11pp
Some pointy stick craptastic weapon, @#%$ stats, rec lvl 35, sold to vendor for 19pp.
Exp: 4-5% aa in 3 kills at 60. Suckage.
But it was fun! (btw bite me Kuolon :p )
