Hello all,

I know that if you engage a mob, then become invisible, it can still see you and attack you, but I was curious if using this in a group setting can lower you on the aggro list and have a mob back off and attack someone else (preferably the tank).

I was thinking that when I get tha AA Innate Camoflage ability (hopefully soon), this could help me get out of tricky situations where I accidentally overdid it when nuking or debuffing a mob while grouped.

Isn't the Rogue Evade ability something like a quick hide? Maybe I'm way off on this, but if someone who has this ability has used it this way, I'd like to know.

Thanks,

Only the rogue version of hide functions as evade. Necro / sk circlet and innate camo do nothing to reduce aggro.

It is however great for avoiding trains, intentionally breaking charms, saving a gem slot, etc etc.

its also great for exploring, and getting to raids thru zones with see invis mobs sparesely spread out. (Running through ME for example, if a bat aggroes ya, just run a bit, click your hotkey, and your set)
