Looked up at the link for the AA skills in pdf but its not working, so figured I'd ask here.

How's the cost on Quick Damage? 3-3-3 or 3-6-9 for the levels?

And do the levels stack like 2+5+10=17%? or 2%, then 5%, then 10% as the final product for the third level?

Thanks for any help :)

(edit) nm I'm blind apparently lol

I think is 2% , 5% , and 10%. Not sure though

Point cost is 3-6-9, and the levels don't stack.

For 18 points to shave 0.6sec off a 6.0sec nuke seems like a waste to me.

Ah, but you forget the longer casting time of AoE spells, which is where that 10% gives you a little bit more room for error/lag.

Add in Focus gear for quick casts, as well as the Cleric fast cast buffs, and you start to take off quite a bit.

It increases your maximum nuking DPS by 7-8%, decreases the probability of interrupts, allows you to get a spell off faster in situations when you need to finish off your target, and stacks with spell haste.

It's a very nice skill, they just need to change the AA cost to something more realistic, like 2-4-6.

Got Quick damage 1 just to get my title. Kind of laughed when Winter's frost went from 6.2 to 6.1. Of course, QD3 would make much more of a difference!

quick damage is not my first choice of aa but when you have it you learn to appreciate it. stack it with a focus item that gives quick casting and you can do some interesting things .. notably you can solo most of the easier summoning mobs (like the moktors in umbral) because you actually have time after being summoned to run far enough to get a cast off. and the QD3 saves 10 percent in nuking time for 3+6+9 = 18 aa. yes very costly. i would not make it a priority aa but after getting the things you want its worth considering.
