Looks like they no longer have this spell available or Lucy taking it away.

Shamans who have Pure Blood in their book who hail Grennik automatically get Blood of Nadox, apparently. They also reduced the cast time and mana cost on Disinfecting Aura so that it's more similar to Pure Blood.
