Spell casting mastery increases your chance to make your specialization roll by an increasing percentage per level of SCM. But this brings up the question of how much is the base percentage of meeting your specialization check? A druid with 200 specialization in alteration casting an alteration spell, does anyone know what their base percent chance of meeting their specialization check is?

I looked for this info on a couple of websites but could'nt find it.

Ineresting. Though what is in that post is contrary to what the sites listing what the AA skills do say. Do I believe caster's realm or Scirocco?

From Caster's Realm:

Level Requirement: 55

Point Cost: Level 1: 2 points

I hope Scirocco is right though, her way sounds much more useful.

Not totally sure on this, but i think the mana savings are as follows...

Spells you are specialized skill 50, will save u about 13 % mana on every spell u cast, when u have SCM skill 3.
