Is it just me, or was the once semi-useful NR now totally worthless?

Nature's Recovery
Slot Description
2: Increase Hitpoints v2 by 30 per tick
Mana: 250 Skill: Alteration
Casting Time: 6 Recast Time: 90

Replenishment
Slot Description
1: Increase Hitpoints by 25 per tick
Mana: 275 Skill: Alteration
Casting Time: 6 Recast Time: 0

You can either raid to get NR which is 25 less mana and 5 more hp, but can only be cast on 2 people. Or you can get another level, go to a vendor, and get a spell that for 25mana more and 5hp less will heal for an extra (20-3) 17 minutes.

I'm glad I spent on DKP on moonfire instead.

nr and replenishment stack ... helps a bit, if youre the mainhealer with a maintank .... not much, but every little bit helps )

Yes...I like my 55 hp/tick of regen. In many situations I try to keep it on both a puller and tank at once.
Oh, and extended buff duration AA's and focus items affect Nature's Recovery, so it's possible to keep it on 3 people at once.

I like to keep it one someone to buy me time to heal a melee party taking AE dmg. I can't heal them all at once, so I usually pop that on the person taking the least dmg so that once I've cycled back through all the other melees heals, my high resists buddy is still alive and kicking and ready to heal with something more efficient.

Keep on both on yer pet while charm soloing and that seriously cuts down on the amount of TR's you have to cast on the pet.

I have some high level necromancer friends who love me when I stack Replenishment and Natures Recovery on them.. they can use their highest level lich spell nonstop.. of course recasting NR every few minutes is a pain.. I wish it had a longer duration..

if these spells did not stack, Natures Recovery would be 100% worthless..

I think that we need to get rid of the recast delay on NR.. but other then that it is fine.

umm, why should I keep NR on a pet?

natures recovery: 900 hp healed for 250 mana = 3,6 hp/mana

tuares renewal: 2925 hp healed for 400 mana = 7,3 hp/mana

you don't even save time, as 1 TR = 10 seconds, compared to 3 NR = 18 seconds.

I still cast it on a puller when he has to do a difficult pull, but that's all.

Most raids these days I'm on the pull team with my druid & cleric.

I always keep NR & replenishment on the monky pulling.

Why do you heal your pet? I never heal my pet. When it gets beat down you invis to break charm and get another pet to kill your old bet. It is the old mage chain-casting of pets. I can kill at the Nightstalkers in PoN until I get bored and never use any mana. Sometimes 3 - 4 hours killing all 9 stalkers every 10 min. HUGE exp. Took 3 days to go from 61 to 63. Another 2 dasy to 64 even though they go light blue at 63. In fact I am still there at 64 but gettign terribly slow now that they are alsmot green. :-0

Because I buff my pet to the gills and typically keep them 3-4 hours at a time. Especially in zones where there is the chance to get too many that are too high a level. When you get the right one, say a pestilient rat in PoD, hes a keeper so I buff him and keep him and the pulls are nonstop.

Only time I let them die is if I just overpull and its better to lose him and stay alive then risk my own death too.

In all raid situations, the only two heals I have memorized now are Nature's Infusion (1750hp/500mana in 3.75 seconds) and Karana's Renewal (4680hp/600mana in 10 seconds). All other heals seem totally outdated by these spells. Replenishment might be nice once in a great while, but it's so much easier to just use my bp group regrow.

Sometimes I also mem Tunare's Renewal, but that's only when I'm soloing and need the most efficient heal for myself (I don't have enough hps self buffed for Karana's Renewal to be efficient), when I port out and manastone to full mana.

I also highly recommend Spirit of the Wood 3 (AA ability). This is a free group elixir that you can use every 22 minutes. It's worth every AA point spent just for that, but also note that you can combine mass group buff with this ability, and elixir everyone in your whole raid if there's some nasty ae going on.

I use Natures Recovery + Fungi + Replenishment while soloing Report droppers in sseru. With SCR3, SCRM3, and Shawl, NR duration is 70% longer than normal which makes it a nice little situational spell.

Yes this is a limited use spell, but it certainly has it's uses.

Turrwin, assuming you have the archetype and class ability that bumps up the duration of buffs and an extended enchantment focus (8th shawl would be preferable for the extra 5%) that adds 2.1 mins.

So it actually heals for 1530hp for 250 mana = 6.1hp/mana

Add to that replenishment and your pet will be regening 55hp/tick over 51 ticks... considering the mana cost of replishment to be negligable since you'd only have to cast it once per 1/2 hr you'd actually be getting 2805hp healed for 250 mana = 11.2hp/mana
