Anyone know why the Luclin ports (Nexus excluded) cost more mana than ports for any other location?

Maybe cause you are going to the moon?

I think its because they didn't want to give us these ports, so they made them with longer cast times and higher mana cost to be passive=aggressive. I noted it, but it really doesn't affect me.
