The Ceramic Rod of Storms is a nice player made item with a focus effect (Anger of E'ci) for cold nukes. Is there an equivalent focus effect for fire nukes? If so, what items have it? Anything player made?

It may not drop though. There will probably be a bunch of things with Anger of Ro on them in LDoN that aren't too hard to get.
