Probably the best upgrades would be the potc earrings as far as I can tell from this. Possibly an acrylia studded cloak and achitinous belt or something. Otherwise, just do elysian if you can.

Dont know exact stats on Prelate's Lantern but see them around.

You can solo for the Buckler and a new Scimmy in the grey (if you're around 50 or so).

Oh, and when you get winged death head over to UP and start on a set of elysian, very nice armor. I don't know you're level, but you can even bind in UP and ask people hunting for duplicates or partner up to help them.
