Will a Moonstone ring increase the range on the Lumi staff? It is a range enhancement II item so it should effect the spell the lumi staff casts but you need to be level 45 to equip the staff I believe...

I can quad using my lumi with Spirocs with no problems but I get nailed if I try to quad Frost Giants with it. Trying to find a way to successfully use my staff against the big guys.

I can't seem to find a square helm for sale to be safe and go for range III.

yes you can use a moonstone ring as a matter of fact thats what i use all the time :) takes a long time to kill stuff but you dont have to med :) toss in a few lightning blasts to make sure your done before ensnare wears off and you got 90+ mana 4 dead mobs in under 10 minutes

Also try to pick up a mithril-runed tunic for Spell Casting Haste 2.

im was under the imprestion that spell haste effects didnt work on items. im guessing since you sig is a monk you havent tested this or have you?

Focus items affect any clicky item that is an actual spell, like ES Vambraces, ES Gauntlets, or Lumi Staves.

"Extended" and "Range" type focus effects work with clickie-items.

"Efficiency" (it's already free) and "Haste" type effects do not.

No matter what equipment you have, it's going to take 10 seconds to trigger a Lumi staff :(
