anyone know what mob drops this nice little resist belt?

Lcea Katta herself drops it.

She used to be killable by a single group, I believe they buffed her though.

All in all, there are other belts I'd take over the Girdle of Magnificence.

well - Im looking for a 1 group kill
lots of resists (especially dr/pr)
high mana
hpts always nice.

so - this seemed to fit the bill.

Lcea Katta is not a typical one group kill, you'll have a better chance for success with three groups. Although she's level 60, she has a ton of hp's, and she charms. Expect to have your melee take turns beating on each other and on you.

Two groups, I'd say.

Lcea was one of the first long fights I did some time after Luclin's release. Three groups can get her for sure; two was on-the-edge fun. :p I didn't find her charm particularly strong.

They buffed her. It used to be a two groups thing, now she can charm up to 3 or 4 people at the same time (pretty hard to resist even with 160 MR) and she hits for 750 or so (I can't remember exactly). It gets ugly very fast.

We killed her a few times before that, then we stopped because the risk is no longer worth the reward.

Hehe yeah and when they buffed her she went from a wimpy red con to a somewhat nasty white con. We just can't kill her without deaths anymore, she has undead agro and charm means EVERYONE will likely get their turn on the agro list and 1 flurry and it's over.
