Ok, I decided to transfer my 56 druid to my 2nd acct so that I could 2 box him with my 65 necro. I apply....they tell me 3 weeks...then 2 days later I get an email saying they cant charge my card and are denieing my request. I check my acct and both of my subscriptions came out, along with a 1 dollar charge from SOE. What was the 1 dollar charge for? Anyone else have any trouble with transfers? Some in my guild have had to jump thru hoops backwards on one leg with their tongue in the corner of their mouth just right to get them to go thru.
I am staying on the same server and have had my primary acct for 3+ years and the 2nd acct for a little over a year.

Any tips?
