Hi,

I cant target people any more, I was on a raid and it worked fine for 2 hours, then I couldnt target people any more, neither in my group nor in the raid window, the mouse works fine, I can activate any options window with it, and under Win 98 it works fine too.

I tried to disable mouse, I reloaded the original UI skin, then my special skin, then I rebooted eq, afterwards I rebooted Windows.

I cant target myself or anyone else, hehe, and if I use macroes like /assist MT it doesnt work either.

Any ideas? I sure would appreciate it, I cant play anymore

So you are saying that it didn't work under the original UI? Does F#key targetting work or /target Soandso? Do you get any message or does it just not work?
I know Line of Sight really affects targetting now, too. But you did say it worked fine for a bit during that raid.

Sometimes you can close the target window accidentally so you can't see your targets. I'm sorry if it sounds silly but you get the same sort of difficulties you described. It's alt-T or something to get the target window back.

There's also a bug where you finish looting and then even after you've stood up the server thinks you're still looting the corpse. You can't click anything or press hot buttons and I usually have to camp.

I've also had a bug where I've had a mob on target, clicked a debuff, and been told I'd resisted the spell. The mob was still on target ... hmmm!!

I've also had spells not being reported back to me as resists, successes, or otherwise. I've cast the spell again with me, the mob, and everything in the same place and the spells carried out properly. Doh!!

I know it's not on topic but I'm fed up with the line of sight issues when casting spells where only half the time it tells you you're out of sight. The rest of the time it just stops the spell with no message. It worked properly once, I'm sure.

Yes! LoS issues are bad enough. Not getting the message half the time is just fuel for the fire.
