I'm guessing they have an alias for the bristlebane GM that points to someone who no longer works on SOE.

So, where does one go for in game support. I put my petition in the queue daily, and I have never gotten a response. I sent the above email petition and it was returned undeliverable. I logged onto to customer support chat and was informed that they only handle technical issues. YOu aren't allowed to post on the eqlive boards about in game support issues.

Where does one go for help when none of your requests through the proper channels have been received?

Send another email-your-gm thing and pretend you're on another server. Mention your original problem and also the fact that the bristlebane gm email doesnt work.

Worth a try.
