I know that several people have experienced this but just for those that haven't done a Guk LDoN I will post it.

This past weekend I did two LDoN in Guk with a group of people that needed them for Raid qualification. The problem was that there were PoP key raids going on so I was group healer on these so no rez available. (I know, I really need to get one of those sticks). The first dungeon was in the swamp and the Enc died on a multiple pull when they resisted her AoE Mez and I couldn't keep her healed due to the one bashing me and disrupting my spells. (enough for excuses, Should have rooted them faster I guess). The second dungeon was inside of Guk and I died due to heal agro on a multiple pull (kept the enc alive this time). Both times, when the dungeon closed the corpses were nowhere to be found for rezes and the corpse msg kept saying they were in zone but too far away to summon. I intially tried a chipped bone rod on the enc corpse but it was apparently underground.

By the time we could find a cleric to rez and necro that could summon a lv 65 corpse AND was willing to come to Guk they had timed out. Soooo.. if you are planing on doing Guk LDoN you might want to make sure you have the name of a handy Necro and cleric for afterwards so you don't lose time looking for one.

It is bad enough I need to PL my cleric bot for rezes but I now need another spot for a necro bot.

How can you summon out of an instanced dungeon?

Can't summon out of instanced Ldon adventure unless someone in that group can, but you can summon a corpse that is under the world or stuck in geometry once its over and bodies dumped outside. This was eluded to in first post and I think he is using "timed out" as the res timer going over.

I had same problem happen to me in guk and its similar to an old one I remember from Temple of Veeshan where after wipes corpses would go invisible to some people (in many cases all). I think they fixed the ToV thing, but not sure.

Here is what happened to me with that guk problem and fix:
after finishing an adventure the group broke up so I went back in to the dungeon to solo some of the rootable mobs. Doodies hit the fan and I needed to exodus, yet it failed - was bound to happen to me one day. I died. I ran back in to the adventure and looted all except 1 bag and logged for the night and figured I'd look for a res the next day or just grab my last bag on corpse and eat the loss. Next day I log in and my corpse is not at the zone in where the others (someone else) was in upper guk. I did /corpse and got the message that I was too far away. I moved around a bit and was able to drag it although I could not see it. Once it was dragged out in the middle of that area I was able to log out and back in and it appeared and was able to loot the last bag. So basically just move the corpse a bit and relog and that should clear up the problem.

I've not had this problem with the innothule swamp entrance, but haven't had the chance to try it out.

I had this happen to me in the uppder GUK ldon once.

For some reason my corpse had popped under the world at the zone in to upper guk. I was able to corpse it from there.

You need two successes in a LDoN theme to do the raid associated with that theme.

I haven't had this happen in any of the others dungeons where it ended up underground but when I discussed it with guildmates it seems to be a problem with GuK. I did have one pop invisible in EF but a simple /corpse and then /target solved that problem.

I tried searching with /corpse around the LDoN zoneout in UGuk but didn't think to try near the UGuk zoneout to swamp. I did search within UGuk quite a bit and didn't see it anywhere. Guess I am going to have to run into Grobb for bone rods each time this happens. As for the Enc's corpse in the swamp, I used up the bone rod I keep in the bank and it was definately under the earth. She did not want to bother with finding a necro since she had looted everything off of it except for some bait in the ammo slot.

As normal, I petitioned when it happened and never got an answer.

Just wanted to warn LDoN adventurers that the danger exists so they can be better prepared for it. And yes to clarify, by the time the necro summoned the corpse it was still lootable but past the Rez time limit so unrez'able.

Have had this happen a few times in Uguk ldon. just go to zone in for Uguk and /corpse. Seems that rather than popping right outside the entrance to the instanced dungeon the corpse instead pops at zonein.

The tinkered necrotic divining device will target your corpse and point you towards it if you target yourself. Bind sight type spells can then be used to see where it is or you can walk to it. Can do the same for anybody else's corpse as long as you can target them or thier corpse is the closest one to you in the zone.
