Don't forget this one.

15 Hours and a call from Smedley later... (http://forums.gucomics.com/viewtopic.php?t=2072)

You should realize though that I'm not prepared to back off on my support of this boycott just yet though. When we see the changes, when we feel the love, THEN we'll return the love!

The attrition EQ is experiencing is because the ubers are burnt out on the BS of an expansion every 6 months that requires more and more time and people. The casuals are burnt because they can't advance without becoming uber, and are only just hitting those blocks that Furor was crying foul about years ago. They're also forced into passing up content they'd once hoped to see. It's a sad state of affairs that's been coming for a long time.

About the best summary of the problem EQ faces today.

That is exactly the reason I quit for good last year. I could no longer remain a casual player and still experience the new content, but I didn't have the play time to advance to uberhood.

Id be curious to know who else is going to this summit.I can't who all, but I've been told that one "uber" GL from each server has been invited. That's not to say that the "casual" players aren't represented as well, but the only ones *I* know about at the moment are the GLs.

I know a couple that got invited, but one declined due to personal schedule issues.

Sol Invictus was invited on Tribunal, as they are our 'highest' guild as the one that was first in Time and furthest in Gates. And I can hear the gnashing of teeth in EV now :p
