I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but you need at least 3 people in your group before you can use Exodus. Obviously this was changed in the latest patches. I found out the hard way I'm afraid .

I hope this is a mistake and not permanent. I can hear it now.... the druid exodus aa is now working as intended.

Well I just tried it, solo, and worked fine.

Maybe you just got randomly left behind as happens rarely.

I know I've used it a couple of times with no other people in my group this afternoon.

When I tried it alone, it came up with a message that said I needed at least 3 people in my group for it to work. Hmm, strange.

Hmm I have a very vague memory of seeing either a message like that before, or reading about them talking about putting a restriction like that in, which never made it live. Could be a bizarre bug from the rebuild of the AA system... if anyone sees this again you should definitely /report it and /bug it.

..with no other people in my group..

Notice that Scirocco always has a group, even when he's the only one in it. ;)

Sorry everyone, I was hitting the wrong hot key :banghead_

I was hitting the "Group Inspect Buffs" button which I had on the second bank of hot keys, and that is what gave me the message. Sorry, I was getting my ass kicked by a summoning Fierce Cragwalker in Natimbi.

Sorry to waste everyone's time.

~FiremyndLawyers! He's been arguing with himself for so long he forgets that "me, myself and I" are one person!

One thing I noticed in the last week is if you are on a horse you will get left behind when someone else casts exodus.

I am a group of one. The group members do not complain about the XP rate, we all go AFK at the same time, picking up replacements is a cinch, and everyone goes home with loot (if we're lucky).....

Oh, yeah. If anything goes wrong, we know the druid is to blame!

:rolling:

picking up replacements is a cinch

Sure, long as it's properly tagged as 'animal'...

Nah. I haven't used a pet for XPing for 6 months. I'm xping in KT now, and before that was PoF tables.

I wish I could have a pet in KT, though...:)

you said the fierce cragwalker was summoning?

I havent killed him since the last patch and i normally kill him using a pet but i am not surprised.

the patch said that some named mobs, in GoD, will start summoning and a fierce cragwalker is the same as a named mob as it does drop phat lewt.

hmm.... i wonder if the swift scavenger does or the named shade....

guess it is time to work on the 'ole' when fighting a summoning mob skill...

good thing it doesnt go backwards when a summoning mob kills you...

I think they changed that in the last patch. I've killed plenty of Fierce Cragwalkers, but now they summon. Not sure about the other nameds in the zone though.
