With the new expansion I notice that bards, enchanters and necros get an upgrade to their charm spells, as can be seen here http://www.rpgexpert.com/2819.html. Why oh why does the druid not get an upgrade?

Looks like a pretty sketchy list to me, no upgraded cold or fire nuke? Several repetitive spells listed as well. Could be a fake, could just be an unfinished list (the PH spells lend some credibility to that), either way it's not really worth speculating over quite yet.

DC is not a replacement for a real charm upgrade.

just be forewarned - Charm works different on OoW mobs

when charming in OoW Zones (with any charm), mobs hit for half damage (or less) while charmed and when charm breaks they hit for full damage
