175k for a gold ticket is a good buy imo... and getting a holgresh elder beads is definitely something to be happy about.. i spent 250k and got a ton po stick and i ended up deleting it a few weeks later thinking it was on of the many elemental bow sticks i had in my bags

Actually, it was taken out before you played. GotD was what dropped at ass/sup camp in Guk. True, it was brd/rog only TO WEAR, but anyone could click it from inventory.

At some point, it got nerfed so that not everyone could click it from inventory and they renamed the new one "Mask of Deception" (which is what drops today at ass/sup).

Having a Guise (pre-casino) was a mark that you were waaaay old school. And for druids, especially, for some, it's our holy grail.

Now with the casino, hackers like me can have one and REALLY piss off those who a) are really old school and have one and b) have spent zillions of plat trying to get one!

Dropped (dunno if it still does) in PoFear. Is a droppable thing, so they are sellable - you just don't ever see any.

Great for 3 boxing off 1 comp. Easy to stay skelly and on horse.

There was a GM event on Maelin and the winner won that guise. Guess what race they were? :cry:

AoN still drops, its just not exactly common. With Fright, Dread and that other guy (Terror?) being darn near soloable now... cept for the nasty DT... you can probably get one. Just take a brave group of friends up with you to Fear and let the melee ensue :wiggle:

I disagree. I can think of at least two valuable uses:
1- They work in old world lands so I can basically buff for free before entering an LDoN adventure.
2- They work in PoK so people who buff for donations won't have to make people wait for mana or wait for a full group before casting group buffs.

2. People still have time to sit in PoK and do nothing but ooc and buff the less fortunate? Man. I envy you guys...

SOE put in a Casino system located in Shadowhaven. You buy 100p tickets, you turn around and start "gambling" in hopes of winning lots of food items, fireworks, gems, and 1 in a one hundred billion chances of winning a gold ticket - inwhich that gold ticket could score you either a Uber-rare-not-in-game item XYZ, Guise of the Deceiver, Holgresh Elder Beads, etc.
