An intersting tidbit from Rytan has already answered one of the quesions that we had been discussing on the Grove.
Rytan - The 66-68 spells for Omens will be tradable while the 69-70 and the ancient tokens are no drop. Although it’s worth noting that the 69 and 70 spells do drop from a variety of mobs that can be killed by a small group.
