It's kind of tricky. My friend just tried it out and here's the deal. You have to give them your billing info to start the trial. You then get 7 days to play free. Then if you DONT cancel you will be AUTOMATICALLY billed. So if you dont want to be billed, you must manually cancel your account before the end of the 7th day.

I would wait before I spent any money if I were you. Artifact Entertainment(Horizons Developer) is in bankruptcy and depending on a court ruling at the end of this month, the game just might shut down.
