I know we get 2 new port spells to birundi and the 2 quested spells from the POD.

Do we get any other spells for under 66 or so?

I am just 59, but would like to add some spells.

There in the Abysmal Sea. I believe that they are across from the person that normally sells Druid spells (I cannot remember exactly what I read about them).
They are each over 300 plat. So get that charisma HIGH

The good news is that you don't need to take a boat to the Abysmal Sea any more. Port to Natimbi, and the magus will send you to the boat (by which I mean Abysmal Sea, not the little shuttle). From the top deck, go down one floor, then use Find NPC to find the Transportation Vendor. The spells cost me (halfling druid) 356pp each. There are bankers on nearby if you didn't bring enough pocket money.

The better news is you can bind in OoW which meant our dead cleric had less distance to run for CR.

There is 2 new snares that are lower than 66. I dont know if they are Live though, maybe they are not. Anyone got more info?

I belive those are only on PvP servers, they have neg PvP resist adjusts.

THey are listed as Live, but of course like a few other spells, they may only be a description and not obtainable...
