Caskin is Caskin Marsheart, a Bard Guildmaster in North Freeport. BTW, I am ally to League of Antonican Bards after killing over 1000 mobs in Mistmoore trying to get my Ring of Scale factionup.

I do not have the Mangled Head to hand to him, but he will respond I believe if you do. He talks about his friend Gaedin and how Gaedin disappeared more than 10 years ago
