Must say I was pretty unimpressed with this world event.

Does it get any better? The little groups spawning around the circles are not doing it for me, but it might have been the 500 other players that were pouncing on them at the same time.

I was expecting bigger attacks, and aggressively invading the towns, like when the crystal appeaarred in the middle of Gadget during the AQ gate opening kind of thing.

While I haven't had time to log in yet to check it out, I had a feeling that would be the case. Guess I'll check it out in a few weeks once the novelty has worn off.

Spent the entire time from 4pm to 9pm PvPing at Light's Hope Chapel with the guild. Totaled over 400 kills ganking Alliance as they were trying to get the quests for Naxx lawl. I think a few people got sick of dieing and just logged.

Successfully shut down the quest line for quite a few number of Alliance players.

I have yet to experience the Scourge Invasion but my friend who happens to be a level 40 mage (he quit for about 3 months but we started at the same time), Loves it. In fact...he loves everything about the game, even dying so yeah...:confused:

The AQ isvasion was very very cool. Unfortunately is put such a strain on the server that a single swing toko like 10 seconds. Casting a spell took 30 seconds. What a great event, but no resources to handle it. I did not attend the Scourge Invasion.

The good news is that LHC though still packed in the evenings is actually pretty good right now there are a few non-perma camped areas in the Plaguelands again and yesterday i was doing fairly well at one of the Invasion sites soloing, yeah its kinda tough to get a consistant stream of mobs when there are like 2 or 3 five man groups in the area but i was doing pretty well tagging with Moonfire then shifting to my more feral nature and rippin em up

I even got the *rare* elite Abomination that was a pretty tough fight and he dropped the goofie plate Undead slaying bracers but well maybe i can trade em for the Leather *grins*

I was in SW last night doing the Midsummer bonfire quests and ran into some 53E skelleys, and a 60E Abomination. Lots of lowbies running around screaming & dying. Then when I get on the 60E I start getting healed +200 here +250 there while getting hit for 600+ LOL.

Still cleaned the area for the time being and then started getting tells "OMG, What's going on? Did I do that? Can you stay so I don't die". It was kind of enjoyable though :)
