Am I being silly here?

Just turned lvl 49, pretty much everything I own except for a few odds and ends are +agi/+stam

I took Tribal LW and have full sets of Wild * of the Monkey for Cat mode and full sets of Wild * of the Owl for healer mode (with Wicked or Runic parts as I get big enough to wear them) (btw: Blizzard needs to be shot here! Tribal randoms should at least look to see if you already have * of the X in your inventory when picking what is randomly made and pick some other random! in the 400!!!+ items made, only 1 of the Tiger +str/+agi EVER showed up, only 2 of the Bear)

My DPS in Cat form is 80.1 (is that good? crap?)

Should I instead be looking for strength items instead of agility?

I thought cat form was all about agility (which i have boatloads of) not strength yet after reading various posts I am scratching my head wondering now if I should be in Wild * of the Bear while being a cat for higher DPS ???

You should first focus on strength to get your AP over 900, then start focusing on agi for the crits and dodge.

since adding 1 to Agility gets me the effectiveness of a +2 str or +2 AP ... seems about even ... will have to play musical items to see exactly what changes.

Druids get 2 AP per STR (and 2.4 with 5/5 HOTW), so that formula is flawed right off the bat.

ok, did some shuffling, up to 89.7 DPS now ... best I could do without more equipment +str's ... working on that but getting of the tiger or of the bear outta the random wild making is such a painful process ... 1 tiger, 1 bear out of 27 attempts 8-(
