Moonkin gives you [and party] 360armor and you are only able to cast Balance spells, [no healing]. Plus, they're great dancers!

Just a slight correction -- moonkin gives you a 360% bonus (for a total of 460% armor value). It doesn't boost your party's armor. In addition, it gives you (and your party within 30 yards) an extra 3% chance to crit spells.

Additionally, don't try moonkin until you've got 36 points to invest. It's 42 if you want OoC as well. Try it when the talents can work together as it can be quite lackluster otherwise.

No. Both Horde and Alliance can be Moonkins.

And your racials still work as well, so horde moonkins get Warstomp still.

Hey same type of question. Im lvl 35 now, 40 is moonkin right? All my talents are in feral, so if I go moonkin I have to put them all in balance right?

Moonkin is the 31 pt talent in Balance, so yes you would have to respec to get Moonie.
