Is there a maximum number of raids you can go on in a week? Like in MC, can I go every night if I wanted to? Or can I only go a few times a week?

You can go every day for trash farming, but the bosses on the other hand reset only after a certain day of the week. Which day it is escapes me at the moment.

The same principle holds true for ZG, AQ, and I can only guess that it does for Naxx, not so much for BWL except for the bosses resetting on a certain day.

You may only be saved to an instance once per cycle. Also you will not be saved to an instance till a boss is killed with your active help. This means you have to have been in the instance at the time.

MC & BWL - Tue-Mon (7days)
Ony - Every 5days
ZG & AQ - Every 3days

Thhis is only for the major instances with raid content. The other instances I dont know thier current rotations for. just be aware if your guild is doing or planning to do raids that you check with them first before you run with other guilds as some get quite peeved if you get your self saved to other instances for the current cycle. If you want to know if your saved to any instances you can type in /raidinfo in game and it will tell you what instances you are saved to and how long till the next cycle will start.

Here the official calendars. Especially important because in Europe we have different times.
