What would you suggest be the best talents to pick for dps leveling from level 10 to 20? Then from 20 to 30? I'm not really interested in the talent points above level 30 since none of my characters are there yet.

I would just like to know what the best ones, I assume feral, in what order to get them. Thanks for any input you have!

From 10 - 20, it's pretty obvious. I went this order:
- Furor 5/5 (gives great head-start when switching forms)
- Ferocity 5/5 (dunno if anyone ever uses Feral Aggression?)

From 20 - 30+, I'd take:
- Brutal Impact 2/2
- Feral Instinct 3/3
- Feral Charge 1/1 (you might wait with this if you don't PvP/group much)
- Sharpened Claws 3/3
- Predatory Strikes 3/3

Really? Start with a resto talent for a feral dps build?

from 10-20, i would personally focus on feral tree, and not go for furor in resto tree until way later. basically, i would build my way up to get 'feline swiftness' as soon as possible. u will be in catform most of the time while leveling anywayz.

Would the first 5 be better spent in Ferocity or Feral Aggression?

Ferocity, to increase your DPS.

Feral Aggression improves your Demo. Roar and dmg from Ferocious Bite. However, u don't get FB until way later in levels, and the additional atk pwr reduction doesn't help much until later. It's a good idea to put talent points into FA when you are about to get FB though.
